Crystal Egli
Chief Executive Officer • Co-Founder | She/Her/Hers
Crystal grew up in rural Vermont, and has always been into outdoor adventures like fishing, water skiing, and backpacking. She attended Emerson College and studied film and television, and ended up in Los Angeles for 10 years working in post-production. In 2015, Crystal moved to Colorado and spent almost 5 years as a videographer for Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) before beginning to work for herself at Inclusive Journeys full time. |
Parker McMullen Bushman
Chief Operating Officer • Co-Founder | She/Her/Hers
"I love engaging with folks in new thinking around what it means to be a diversity change-agent and how we create welcoming spaces. I am passionate about our work at Inclusive Guide because I feel that this platform has the ability to shift the way we think about inclusion in communities and places of business." Parker has a passion for equity and inclusion in the outdoors. Her interests are in justice, accessibility, and equity issues developed from her personal experiences facing the unequal representation of people of color in environmental organizations and green spaces. She tackles these complex issues by addressing them through head on activism and education. |
Uche Ogbuji
Cheif Technology Officer | He/Him/His
“I am an immigrant, a Black African, and a father who hopes his children may live in a safe an equitable world. I think Inclusive Guide can help realize this hope.” Uche Ogbuji is an engineer and entrepreneur as well as a poet and editor, born and educated in Nigeria and now living in Colorado. Zepheira, The company he founded, now part of EBSCO, connects library catalogs to audiences on the web. |
Jordan Burke
UX Engineer | She/Her/Hers
I want the people who utilize this tool to understand that their voices and choices are the fuel for making this thing go. I want them to see the direct impact that their unique lived experiences have on the way businesses approach inclusivity. Businesses will either feel called out or celebrated for their practices, and if it's the former, then let's get busy being the change we NEED to see in the world. |
Miles Bridges
Lead Application Engineer | He/They
Miles Bridges has spent that last ten years designing and building applications on the web. His relationship with technology is inextricably tied to his love of language and artistic creation. While majoring in French Language & Literature at Boston University, along with studying acting and music production, he co-founded a small web development agency, Lucid Structure, that would build applications for several notable clients including: Pearson Education, Harmonix Music Systems, and the US Department of State. Nowadays, he occupies himself professionally as a lead Front End Engineer; obsessing over bleeding-edge technologies and best practices in the world of Javascript and NodeJs. |
Kitt Taylor
Executive Assistance | They/Them/Theirs
“I believe in IG and the incredible work we can accomplish to make the world safer for people who experience discrimination” Kitt is an artist, author, parent, and drag performer. They've lived in Colorado most of their life, and has a background in childcare before coming to work for Crystal and Parker, who say value in their lived experiences as queer, trans, neurodivergent human. They live in northern Colorado with their wife, son, and two cats. |
