Who we are
Inclusive Journeys is a tech company working to support businesses in being inclusive to all community members that they serve and to help people of marginalized identities find safe and welcoming spaces. The Inclusive Guide is the first product of the company Inclusive Journeys.. Inclusive Journeys aims to lead by example to demonstrate another world is possible. Through action, education, and economic incentive, our work will shift the world toward inclusion in order to end structural oppression in all of its manifestations, including racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, capitalism, settler colonialism, and patriarchy in their external and internalized forms.

Inclusive Guide
Inclusive Guide is an online community that lists safe and welcoming spaces for anyone that faces discrimination. Individuals can rate businesses and spaces on their customer service experience relating to each person’s specific identities (race, ability, gender, etc). Inclusive Guide was started by two Black women with a mission to create data-driven, economic incentives for businesses to be more inclusive and welcoming, resulting in safer spaces for people who regularly experience discrimination.
