Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 5/14/2021
Inclusive Journeys, LLC (“Inclusive Journeys” or “we” or “us”) provides services for various individuals and communities, including some that have historically been marginalized. To provide those services requires that we collect sensitive, personal information. We recognize that, unless it is handled and protected properly, this type of information can harm those populations that we intend to serve—some of whom have been hurt in the past by careless or malicious use of information. Like you, we care deeply about how your information is used and shared, and this policy describes how we protect the privacy and security of that information. This Privacy Policy applies to information we receive through our website www.InclusiveGuide.com and any of our web applications. This Privacy Policy also applies to any direct communication we have with you. Together, all of these are called the “Services”.
Our Terms of Service (“Terms”) also apply to our relationship with you. If a capitalized word is not defined in this Privacy Policy, it is defined in the Terms.
You never have to provide us any information you don’t feel comfortable sharing. You also don’t have to provide information to use our Services, though some Services may be more limited if you do not provide information. If you choose to provide us with information, the following will apply:

In some situations, we may ask for Personal Information about you. For example, if you create an account with us, we may need to know your name or email address. You do not, however, have to register to use the Services. If you don’t want to provide us with Personal Information, you don’t need to.
We also may collect Other Information automatically. This includes information about your browser, mobile device, or your browsing preferences.
